White iPhone 4, Here in a Few Weeks

Exactly a month ago, we reported that the white iPhone 4 can be expected 'this spring' according to a tweet by Apple's senior vice president of Worldwide Product Marketing, Phil Schiller. Now, a new report says that the white iPhone 4 will be available in a few weeks. In the US, carriers, AT&T and Verizon will start selling the phone by the end of April. The release was stalled for so long because of manufacturing problems Apple was facing. According to a source close to the matter, the paint peeled in the heat.

Now, the big caveat with the white iPhone 4 coming out now is that everyone expects the iPhone 5 to come out this June as per tradition. However, sources close to the matter say that Apple's not going to unveil the next iPhone at the developers' conference, instead, they'll most likely unveil iPhone 5 in September. So it seems investing in the white iPhone 4 may not be a total waste if you're really into it. However, would you rather hang on to see if Apple releases a white iPhone 5?
