These all seem like fantastic apps that a lot of people would enjoy. I haven’t heard of most of them, but I’m definitely looking forward to downloading them and checking them out. I am rather surprised my favorite app isn’t included in your list though...so I thought I’d recommend it. It’s from DISH called DISH Remote Access and allows me to manage and schedule my DVR away from home, while also letting me view all of my subscribed programming live or recorded anywhere I am in the world (Sling Adapter required). I’ve known about it working at DISH now for a couple of years and definitely think it’s a must have app for those TV lovers out there. I use it mainly because I travel a lot, but I love the fact I never have to miss any of my favorite shows again just because I’m on the go. :)
